Finland’s traditional baby boxes—free maternity packages given to all expectant parents—have helped communities by promoting health equity, reducing infant mortality, and fostering a shared sense of care. Each box includes baby clothes, hygiene items, and a safe sleeping space, ensuring that every child, regardless of background, starts life with essential resources. The program has also strengthened trust in public health systems and encouraged prenatal care participation, creating ripple effects of well-being across generations.

- Monthly Distribution: ~16 boxes (based on average births at Maternidad la Luz Birthing Center)
- Annual Reach: ~192 families
- Supplier: La Macuca LLC (donating boxes and contents as a tax-deductible contribution)
